At the culmination of the intensive, we will open the doors to family and friends. While featuring the summer intensive dancers, additionally Pantos Project, will premiere original work! This performance has been a highlight for past dancers as well as their guests.

Feed Your Body, Brain, and Spirit


The foods we put into our bodies can influence our energy levels, mood, and ability to beat back illness. With the right choices and a little planning, we can feel empowered with our health and get the most from our lives. In this hands-on workshop, dancers will learn about foods packed with nutrients and how to prepare snacks and meals that keep them feeling their best through active dance schedules and rehearsals.

Donna Morin M.Ed began her career in the classroom but eventually became trained as a nutrition & lifestyle coach after her own health journey brought her from chronic pain and illness to life as cyclist, runner, and climber.
